Eight23 Craft & Brew is a specialty mobile espresso bar. We bring the cart, the commercial equipment, and a trained barista who turns up early and leaves the place as they found it. Hot and iced, non-dairy milks included as standard, on every booking. Based in Manteca, and Lathrop is inside our no travel fee area.

No. Lathrop is minutes from our Manteca base and well inside our no travel fee area, so no travel charge is added to your event.
Yes. These spaces are usually straightforward, but many require the community manager to approve vendors in advance and may specify which entrance to use. Let us know what the requirements are when you inquire and we will work to them.
Yes. Every booking includes a trained barista working the cart, so hiring a mobile barista and booking the coffee cart are the same thing with us. We do not hire out a barista without the equipment, because the espresso quality depends on both.
Weekend dates in spring and fall book the furthest out, and December fills quickly with holiday parties. If you have a date in mind, checking early costs you nothing and holds your place in the conversation.
Yes, and we do it often. Shade makes a real difference for the equipment and for your guests, so we will talk through placement with you. A cold brew or iced service is usually the stronger choice for a hot afternoon.
The cart cannot go up or down stairs, so we need a step free route from where we park to where we set up. This is worth raising as early as possible. In most cases there is an alternative entrance, and in some cases an additional fee may apply for a more involved workaround.
That depends on your guest count and how long you want the bar open, which is exactly what we work out together when you inquire. Tell us the headcount and the window you have in mind and we will size the service to match.
