Corporate & Brand Activations

A coffee cart that does marketing work, not just catering work.

A queue is a room full of people standing still with something to talk about. Put your logo on the cup and your QR code on the foam, and the coffee stops being catering and starts being the campaign.

Where It Works

The events we get booked for

Client days

Nobody remembers the sandwich platter. They remember the drink with their name called out.

Trade shows

Everyone else brought branded pens. You brought the only real espresso on the floor.

Product launches

The cart photographs well. So does a queue of people around it.

Staff appreciation

A box of drip coffee says thanks. A barista who remembers your order says something else.

Recruiting days

Candidates form an opinion about a company before they read the benefits page.

Holiday parties

December, a cold room, and something warm that is not another glass of wine.

The Activation Part

Three ways to put your brand on it

Planning an activation with a deadline? Tell us the date early. Branded cups and cart signage both need 20 days to produce, and that is the constraint most people hit.

What procurement usually asks

Close up of espresso extracting from a bottomless portafilter
Real espresso, pulled on site. Not an urn of drip coffee.

Common Questions

Corporate coffee catering FAQ

Can you print our logo on the drinks?

Yes. Our latte printer puts logos, short messages, or scannable QR codes directly onto the foam. The QR code is the one worth thinking about, because it makes a coffee into a measurable touchpoint rather than just a nice gesture.

Do you invoice, or do we have to pay by card?

We invoice. Corporate bookings should not have to go on someone's personal card and get expensed. Tell us what your finance team needs and we will match it.

How many people can you serve an hour?

It depends on the drink mix and the service window, which is why we quote on your actual headcount rather than a generic number. Past a certain size a second barista is added automatically so the queue keeps moving, and that is priced into the quote up front.

Can you do a trade show booth?

Yes, and it is one of the strongest uses of the cart. Two things to confirm early: what power your booth package actually includes, since show power is often metered separately, and what the load in window and dock access rules are.

How much notice do you need for branded cups or cart signage?

Twenty days for either. Both are physically produced ahead of the event, so it is a hard production deadline rather than a preference. If your date is closer than that, the latte printer still works with no lead time at all.

Do you carry insurance?

Tell us what your venue or your company requires and we will confirm what we can provide before you book, rather than after.

Can you serve outdoors at an activation?

Yes. We need shade in summer, a hard flat surface, and a real outlet within reach of the cart. If there is no power at the location, ask us about a generator when you inquire.
